Meant to Be

I’ve driven by this little business complex at the corner of State Street and Arney Lane every day for the last 15 years without paying it any attention, but I noticed the “for lease” sign the day it went up. With fingers crossed, I found the broker’s listing online. The property was very nice, but the rent was too high.

I stopped by last week to peek in the windows. I love the high ceiling, the mezzanine with skylights, and the warehouse area with roll-up doors. A former custom interior design business, there’s a little too much frill for my liking, but I definitely see lots of possibility.

Today, during my routine check for new properties that may have listed overnight, this Arney Lane space popped up again — this time, the rent is little bit lower.

Attractive space with room for our reformers and additional classes close to our home base with adequate parking and nice features….I think it was meant to be!
