Group Class Schedule


Our small group classes are a great way for you to get individualized attention and guidance while benefiting from the energy and connection that comes from working out with friends. Each of our trained instructors will offer modifications and progressions to meet individual needs, but if you are brand new to Pilates, have specific fitness goals, want to see results as quickly as possible or prefer one-on-one training, it’s a good idea to schedule an introductory class or a few solo sessions before joining a group class. Those are available, by appointment, 7 days a week. Call the studio to schedule.
